Well, lo and behold, at that there reception, a whole posse of Cowboys came along and kidnapped that bride! They took her away, and well, the groom, he ran off after 'em, a hootin' and a hollerin' all over town. Well, them Cowboys gave her back then.
Well, them two youngin's were talkin', and the one, she wouldn't say a word about it! She kept on a hollerin' about being in the Midwest.
There was this other story once, about them same two youngin's. They were a goin' back to Ioway when they stopped at the corn palace fer some grub. They ran across a neat old lady and found a piece of that there palace on the ground. Well, the one of 'em, he ate. The other just kinda laughed and findin' it not too fulfillin', they went and ate somewhere'z else.
